MOUNTAIN CLIMBERS
How to do mountain climbers:
- Begin in a push up position with a straight form staring from your shoulders to your ankles.
- Lift one leg up and raise the knee to your chest.
- Return to starting position and do the same with your other leg.
Muscles involved in a mountain climber:
- Triceps (upper arm)
- Hamstrings
- Buttocks
- Abdominals
- Shoulders
Tips to keep in mind:
- Continue breathing throughout the entire exercise
- Keep belly in at all times
- Keep shoulders above hands
- Make sure to have a straight back while doing this exercise
