HAMSTRING STRETCH
How to do the hamstring stretch:
- Begin by laying on your back and with legs stretched out.
- Raise one of the legs and pull it towards you and keep it straight.
- The other leg must be flat on the floor. Switch legs once the stretch is completed.

- Hamstrings
- Abdominals
Tips to keep in mind:
- Keep breathing throughout the entire exercise
- Keep belly in the entire time
- Keep head and back on floor
- Lift leg slowly
