Flexibility Exercises:
Flexibility exercises give muscles a chance to become well stretched and this way they can do their full motion; this improves athletic performance, like a tennis serve. Stretch those muscles when they are warm and doing yoga during your free time will support this. Flexibility helps prevent the loss of mobility and encourages relaxation once a workout is completed. Flexibility is essential after working out for it relieves stress in the used muscles and any tension that developed in any part of the body during the workout. Use mat when you doing exercises that involve laying on the floor.
To remember and keep in mind:
- Do every second day flexibility or yoga to give your muscles time to rest.
- Keep track of what you do every time by writing it down in a journal. This way you can see how you improve each day and may give you a chance to think of goals you would want to reach day by day.
