BACK EXTENSION STRETCH
How to do the back extension stretch:
- Begin by laying on your stomach and hands flat on the floor; fingers pointing straight ahead.
- While exhaling push yourself up by using your arms and keep your hip and legs firmly on the ground.
- Look up at the ceiling and feel your body stretch especially your neck.
Muscles involved in a back extension stretch:
- Back
- Abdominals
- Neck
Tips to keep in mind:
- Keep breathing throughout the entire exercise
- Keep belly in the entire time
- Don't go too fast
- Keep hips and legs on the ground while stretching
