CROSS SHOULDER STRETCH
How to do the cross shoulder stretch:
- Start by standing with your feet apart.
- Bring one of your arms across your body, but at chest level.
- Lock that arm in place and stretch it by using your other arm and switch arms after.

- Shoulder
- Mid arm
- Back
Tips to keep in mind:
- Keep breathing throughout the entire exercise
- Keep belly in the entire time
- Keep back straight
