LUNGE JUMPS
How to do a lunge jump:
- Begin in a lunge position.
- Jump up and switch the legs before hitting the ground.
- Jump up once again and switch legs to land into the original position.
Muscles involved in a lunge jump:
- Buttocks
- Quadriceps (Thighs)
- Hamstrings
- Calves
Tips to keep in mind:
- Continue breathing throughout the entire exercise
- Keep belly in at all times
- When you land after jumping make sure to bend your knees to absorb the impact
- Keep torso straight while jumping
- Keep feet hip width apart
